Transportation:
A 8:45 a.m. morning bus shuttle will go from the Crowne Plaza Hotel to the Goodfriend Indoor Tennis Center on Sunday and Monday.  Starting Tuesday, Nov. 8, the morning bus shuttle will pick up at 9:45. The Transportation Committee (Lisa Reagan - 865.292.4725) will provide additional transportation to and from the Crowne Plaza Hotel.
 
Qualifying:
The qualifying tournament will be held at the Goodfriend Indoor Tennis Center on Sun/Mon Nov. 6 & 7. Check-in will be  at the Crowne Plaza Hotel on Saturday evening.

Athletic Trainer:
An athletic trainer will be available on site.

Practice Courts:
On Saturday, Nov. 5, practice courts at Goodfriend Indoor Tennis Center will be only available before 5 p.m. due to an evening home football game. No parking will be available at the University or downtown on Saturday, Nov. 5. Access to practice courts on Saturday, Nov. 5 will only be possible via shuttle from the tournament hotel and from the Knoxville Racquet Club. Players not staying at the tournament hotel may pick up shuttle to tournament site from the Knoxville Racquet Club located at 5535 Lonas Road, Knoxville, TN 37909 on Saturday, Nov. 5.  Call Transportation Committee (Lisa Reagan- 865.292.4725) for pick-ups. For court reservations, call Scott Patrick – (865.300.8670).

Stringing:
Stringing service will be available on site.

Food:
Bagels and snacks will be provided in the players’ locker room.  The concession stand will serve sandwiches, drinks and snacks and will be open throughout the day.

Housing:
